Trishack operates on a 90 day rule for all Trishack equipment purchased, whether it be in-store or on our website. That means you have a 90 day money back guarantee so can purchase with confidence. Priority Dispatch
Trishack ships scuba gear interstate daily to anywhere in Australia including Cairns, Sydney, Adelaide, Darwin and Perth. Looking after approximately 5,000 orders per month, the staff at our distribution warehouse in Brisbane understand the importance of getting your items dispatched as soon as possible.
We also understand that sometimes you may want to ensure you receive your order asap which is why we introduced the 24hr Priority Shipping option at checkout. For a small fee of $10.00 we will help your order jump the queue and as long as you order before 2pm we will ensure your order leaves our distribution centre the same day. All orders with priority dispatch are also covered by Australia wide shipping insurance which covers you for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.
